Introducing The Yorkshire Leadership Groups
The Yorkshire Leadership Group was first started around 15 years ago to bring together like-minded business leaders across Yorkshire to allow them to share best practice, learn about each other’s businesses in a way you can’t at a networking session and support each other with the challenges every senior leader faces.
They are very professional and there is a lot of learning to be taken from them but they are deliberately not formal, stuffy or corporate. We have fun, we laugh and we genuinely like each other.
If you would like to chat about the groups please get in touch.

Our process…
Alternating month a hourly catch up on Zoom.
- 1
We begin with updates on notable events in the businesses and any questions they would like raising in the session.
- 2
We ask members for the issue/challenge they would like to raise with the group.
- 3
We then vote on these issues and work through as many of these as is possible in the time we have available.
- 4
The process comprises of a deeper dive into the challenge followed by questions from the group to understand context and background and then the group are invited to contribute solutions/suggestions on ways to approach the issue.
- 5
The issue owner then agrees some actions moving forward.
- 6
The following session we get feedback on progress.
8.15-4.30 in person at Rudding Park Hotel every other month.
Masterclass in the morning, peer group in the afternoon.
