Our May meeting will start with a master-class from Marcus Hoyle of MR Dynamics – www.mrdynamics.com – on the subject of Emotional Intelligence (EI). Marcus will explain the theory of EI, which is about interpreting, understanding, and acting upon emotions in yourself and others at work. He will then cover:
- Understanding how to spot EI levels and traits of people at work and how to better work with them
- Discussing EI in the context of stress, conflict and leading others, and decision making
